1. Service Booking
Requests are confirmed only after written acceptance from Bharat Cabs along with advance payment or purchase order (where applicable).
2. Payment & Invoices
Tariffs shared in proposals exclude tolls, parking, interstate permits and taxes unless mentioned. Final invoices must be cleared within 7 days.
3. Cancellation Policy
Custom events may carry separate clauses.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate passenger details, schedules, and compliance requirements. Ensure passengers behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and property.
5. Vehicle Availability
Assigned vehicle type may be substituted with an equivalent or upgraded model if operationally required (no extra cost for upgrades).
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Traffic, weather, civic restrictions or incidents beyond our control may affect timing. We coordinate alternates but are not liable for consequential losses.
7. Safety Guidelines
Seat belts mandatory. Illegal goods, smoking, and intoxicated behaviour are prohibited. Drivers may refuse service if safety is compromised.
8. Damage & Cleaning
Client is responsible for repair or detailing costs caused by passengers.
9. Use of Data
Information shared for bookings will be processed per our Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
Raised with operations@bcllcabs (or hotline). Jurisdiction: New Delhi courts.
